Systen with two factions but no stations?

Has anyone noticed this system?

How come the are two factions there and no stations? Is INARA bugged somehow?

It's even a system exploited by a power play

EDDB says the same thing but indicates "No" for Power play. Interestingly EDSM indicates it has a population.

Both of the 2 factions listed in Inara indicate that their info for that system was last updated over 18000 days ago, so yah.... Maybe there was once a station in the system and it's now gone, and those 2 factions with it...but with no station to dock at to interact with them, the data doesn't get updated.
