Hardware & Technical T.16000M issue since windows 1903

Since upgrading to windows 1903 the joystick slider control will not go to full up. That is, the physical slider goes there but the sent software control doesn't. I have reinstalled the drivers using 2018_FFD_2.exe and the joystick is recognised. If I run the control panel and look at the test input window I can move the slider and see it responding - it goes all the way down OK but goes only up as far as 1 notch before the top - it won't go to the top. See snip below. This is with the slider pushed all the way to the top.

The effect of this is that in game I can't throttle to full so I can't engage the supercruise - well, using the slider anyway. Of course I can set to full throttle using the digital control I have set up. But in combat one tends to use the slider, right? And it won't go to full anymore. Thoughts anyone?

I think I may have a solution. A little research on-line seems to indicate that it is actually self-callibrating. There isn't a way to do it manually in that aforementioned window that shows the options. - it just shows the responses. Rebooting didn't do it. But by physically unplugging it and plugging it in again seems to force the callibration. It got closer to the top - then I did it once more and it reached the top. See snip. Let's hope it sticks. Thanks guys.

TARGET is Thrustmaster's software/driver. I've never used it because it's horrible.
Instead I just plug in the stick and use it with the default drivers Windows install so looks like the same way you are using it.
Yes, I've installed the 1903 a couple days ago and have played Elite three times since and haven't noticed anything out of ordinary.

So maybe it was just a one-time fluke.

Thanks Robert. I also found that there is a Thrustmaster option listed in the Start items and the control can be found there as well. But that doesn't actually do anything in terms of callibration. It allows you to configure but not callibrate. It seems that callibration happens automatically and the only way to force a callibration that I have been able to find is to physically unplug it - a couple of times actually before it callibrated properly. But I'm good now. Hope it sticks!
