T.Flight HOTAS 4 centre being changed by ED?

This is an odd one and I thought I would check with the hive mind to see if anyone else has experienced it.

So this morning after updating to Odyssey 6 I am having a problem with my Hotas in that while it is sitting at centre, in game it is pulling off to the top right. Following images are before launching ED and, after launching and going in game. Requires a machine reset to correct.

5 resets later and it has sorted itself. Just another thing to add to the list of PC use mysteries :D

Might be an issue with the Target integration - I am assuming those images are from Target.

I use a HOTAS-X on my secondary PC and I won't have Target on the computer.

I don't think it is target. Screen shots are from the "Thrustmaster Flight Control Panel Properties" thing.

I just checked and on my secondary pc the equivalent applet is:

So if you are not using Target then maybe you have installed a driver which gives you that applet you posted. In any event, you can see why I thought you were using Target. I just use the in-built Windows game controller for calibration - works fine on all my computers.
