T Tauri with rings

I didn't know you could get these (apologies to anyone who's posted about this before). I lost 1% of integrity but it was worth it for the screen captures:

On the approach, huge ring system around the star:

Closing in on the rings and looking towards the star:

Now in the middle of the ring system, it was VERY thin:

and then I turned around. I had a bit of a "Wow" moment here:

The bright blue / white star is the main system star that the (multiple) T Tauris orbited.

So they do exist. Awesome. They should be fairly rare. I would expect to see more gases swirling around but this could be one of those smaller systems that only forms Small rocky planets and asteroid belts with no gas giants.

Very very cool. Did you happen to take a screen shot of the system's map with the age, mass, and rings' sizes and compositions?

:( - sorry

OK now I feel like a jerk, and here you brought us this wonderful discovery. Sorry if I'm greedy for info. It sounds like the information is not even in the game yet. So nothing was missed, and certainly no reason to feel bad.

I'm typing on my phone in the morning, not a good combo.

To be fair - I normally screen shot the system info when it's something interesting but I got so carried away seeing a ring T Tauri I forgot to!

I think i have info for one myself, will try to find it after i reach this giant.

EDIT : Sorry guys, checked my F10 folder and steam screenshots but i never actually took the system name :/

Read your thread today, then not too long after stumbled upon this system. I play in the rift so had to nip out change a few settings so I could snap these couple shots for you. Cheers, Olmis. (PS your pics are great OP +1)
