T16000M FCS Hotas binding issue?

So awhile ago I went VR with Elite Dangerous, using the keyboard and mouse became rather... troublesome for me... so at the advice of a few friends I picked up a T.16000M fcs flight pack... configured it, popped in the configuration file that was suggested and all that other fun stuff. Problem? Some of the bindings don't seem to work and I'm wondering if others here that do use it (as I've found through my google searches that it seems a lot of users do, I just didn't feel it was appropriate to bump an old topic so stared this one!)

Does anyone know if the target gui software thingy is just buggy with E:D or is that keybinds file that is available with Thrustmaster corrupt?

I am having a similar issue, where the menu buttons seem to be binding (ie the hats on the stick, the trigger, and a few others) but not any directional controls or thrust. Anyone out there have any ideas?

I do as 'Kitty does. I map directly into E|D from the device (TM TWCS, and Logitech 3D Pro). For Thrust, Throttle, Pitch, Roll, be sure to map to an Axis, not a button press. I have never even installed the Target software.
