tacano research facility mission 1, 2 , 3

so i completed all the missions on all islands but when i try to make a ankylodocus this happens : tacano research facility mission 1 incomplete.... is this a bug or did i it up

You probably don't have a research facility on Tacano.
Build one and see if that helps, if not please post in the Bug Reports Forum.
