Fdev is recalculating the mineral tables to add tritium, so hotspots are reset.
There were double hotspots in the Beta, and supposedly triple hotspots are still possible.
FDev can't win. Peeps want the Grind gone, then they take away a bit of the Grind and peeps still cry that they can't grind anymore. 
I went there last night a few times to see if there was anyone hanging around the system - it was actually pretty dead, only like 2 or 3 people.
I actually think it's a good thing to have a shuffle every now and then. Keeps the game 'fresh'.

People want the grind gone yes but replaced with gameplay. They don’t want the grind gone only to be replaced with a slower grind. Removing triple hotspots just makes the existing grind a longer chore. For the record I don’t think triple hotspots will be removed. Same as everything else in the game they will be subject to RNG.
This is such a bummer. I picked the game up a month ago, finally graduated to mining about a week ago. Learned about Borann, went from 600m to 4 billion in 4 days (so many people pushing the prices down)...
