Taking control of animals, staff and guests!

Ok this is an idea I had. It would take the gameplay in a new direction. Taking the control of animals, staff and guests! Some examples what I imagined: Maybe you can take control of your avatar and move him with the keys W,A,S,D through your zoo. You can make him do things he would normally do as well. Visiting facilities or animals and interact with objects. Taking control of the zookeeper and doing the works of making food and cleaning the enclosures ( and things the other staff do). Choosing a animal and making it walk in the enclosure and interacting with animals and objects. Basically everything they all do now, but you have the control of them. I hope I could explain what I mean.
 
I support this idea. It could even give you useful information. Say you have issues with your mechanic not reaching a certain habitat. Send him in and have him inspect the workflow surrounding the issue.

It's a nice idea but... controversial take here, I wouldn't like it if it was like the zookeeper mode in zoo tycoon where you could run at the speed of light and do the tasks of a keeper in 3 secs flat. It always felt like cheating to me!

Even better! Real time first person chopping up meat and vegetables in-between hosing down habitats so guests don't complain about the mess
 
While i generally would prefer other things to done first (like BETTER WATER), taking control of an animal would be nice to check wether all areas of an enclosure are actually accesible to the animal and wether there is any avenue for the animal to escape.

There's a view mode where you can see the area accessible to an animal and the possible points of escape in a habitat.
 
That would be ... a completely different game. Not just in terms of playing but in terms of programming/processing etc. I mean ... those keeper actions making food and etc are just looped animations, not actual individual actions. So there's nothing to 'control'. Basically the same for the animals, just their animations are more complex.
 
It would be useful to be able to control the actions of the zoo keepers because sometimes they simply won't do their jobs even though they're fully trained and have the energy to clean up the poop in an enclosure.
