Tangled Accounts

I've played ED on PS4 for the last year. I went and picked up a PC copy of the game because I wanted the full experience. Now I can't seem to log my PC character in, here at Frontier, after transferring the wealth over and deleting the PS4 guy.

This is making any 3rd party link impossible and I can't find a support button anywhere to help me out...
 
not exactly obvious but you need to view an existing suggestion first scroll to the very bottom then click on "new request" although that only appears on some of the problems ;)

you can do it from any known issue, just remember to change the issue in the first list box to one closer to what your experiencing
