Newcomer / Intro Target Arrow Direction

Hi commanders ! o7

I saw on lots of stream a sort of arrow indicating targeted ship direction around reticle (so when hardpoints are out).
I don't have these thing ? Is there a way ton enable/disable it ? Is it reserved for people with head tracking system ? Or reserved to mouse user ?

Can't find the information anywhere :S

Hmm, no. Elite does not show an arrow pointing to the direction of the targeted ship direction. Other games do.

What you may have seen is the mouse controller pointer (looks like an arrow) for those players using mouse instead of joystick or gamepads.

To track your targets in combat you need to use your scanner. It is quite straight forward and intuitive actually, give it a go.

That must be that. Since I've always played with Joystick did not ever seen that li'l pointer.
