Hardware & Technical TARGET GUI/Virtual Controller & Dual T.16000m Sticks

So recently, TARGET GUI no longer works correctly with ED. Sometimes when a TARGET profile is running, Elite won't even recognize the virtual controller that TARGET creates from the two sticks. The times that it does, it not only recognizes the Virtual Combined sticks, but the original uncombined sticks, making custom binds almost impossible, as every input will be doubled. Any time i try to map an input to a option, I'll get two inputs. i.e. [Joy_2] + [Joy_2] instead of just [Joy_2]. this also happens with axis's flipping between two different ones even if I push the joystick in the same direction on a rebind. I can't tell if this is TARGET GUI being broken (Have done fresh install of TARGET + Drives for sticks), if Windows 10 is breaking something, or if Elite Dangerous is somehow reading the original sticks that TARGET is hiding when it creates the virtual combined device.

Any help would be appreciated. I files are need, let me know and I can add screen caps.

I've had issues with this myself since 3.3 dropped. Sometimes it fires up with no issues, other times it won't see the custom TARGET_FCS_HOTAS binds in the menu if I start the profile before loading the game as I always did before with no issues. Usually stopping the profile and restating it with the game running will allow it to see the TARGET_FCS_HOTAS binds.

But every once in a while... That doesn't work and the result is not fun.

I've also had issues with the axis drifting and the only thing do is tweak the deadzone and move on. Again, I never had issues with the deadzone before 3.3.

Hi guys,

What's the benefit of using target? I could get mine to just plug and play then bind using the in game options.

Thanks
