"Target next system in route" not working?

I have noticed recently that this isn't working for me. I haven't used it in some time so this may not be news. is anyone else experiencing this?

Works here. Have you checked key bindings? It's not usually bound to a key.

Works fine here - got it set to my "trigger" on my throttle.
I do know that it won't work if you just logged in even though you logged out with a course set - only need to open the galaxy map to bring the course back in.

I did check my keybindings. But I didn't change it and then change it back. I'll try that next time I'm in game.

That was it. I changed the keybind and then changed it back and now it works. weird.

Well something isn't right. it works sometimes. I'm sure my keybind is being read (using other software) every time. I'm using the neutron highway and when I have about 1 jump's worth of fuel, I will plot the next jump to the next neutron star and then "set target" to the nearest scoopable star to that target. In the past, after filling my tank at the "set target" system, I would "target next system in route" and carry on my way from neutron to neutron until I needed to refuel again. In the above case, it's still failing to work; but outside of neutron jump plots, it seems to work. more investigation is required.

edit: and yes, opening the galmap does re-target the original plot.
