I think I would use the taxi more if you could log off and when you log in you are at the station you taxied to. Just and idea I had.

Can't be done, like your own ship, for the purposes of Apex taxi's while you are in them you are the ship, as some people put it. When you log out the ship vanishes, it doesn't exist in game.
It could save your place then calculate the time it would take to get there including in system time. Then when you log in it would gather your place from the bgs calculate where you would be in the verse and drop you in a taxi with your destination data. That is if you had not got there already. I think this could be coded.
It really would be easy to implement and would make Apex much more useful to people. So it won't happen. I do like the idea though.
