Tech broker and engeneers..?

What do people think? Will we be able to engeneer tech beoker stuff. And will it be a good thing or a bad thing if we can?

Personaly i hope not.. they seem pretty amazing vanilla. Perhaps the engeneers arnt familiar with such tech and cant/wont fiddle with it.

I reaaaally doubt they will allow us to mod them, since they already have Engineers-like special effects

I'm expecting there may be stuff not in the list but stuff for us to unlock, like the Guardian tech considering they want some "personal" narrative to go with the Guardian weapons.
