Tech Hunting a Viable Career?

Hi, I have a moderate amount of time in the game (~240 hours), mostly doing PvE bounty hunting, though I've tried exploration a bit and done passenger missions for cash as well. I've come back to the game after a sizable break, and I've been reading about newer features like Megaship interactions and Guardian ruins, which have me wondering if it would be viable to make a career out of this sort of Indiana Jones archaeology. If anyone has any thoughts on or experience with this, I would like to hear about it, and if it is viable, I am also interested in ship recommendations and what modules would be considered important. My thoughts so far point to exploration basics + the hacking limpets on the same things that would normally be used for exploration ships, but maybe more heavily armed.

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to provide some thoughts and/or advice!

Maybe try the exploration forum for more detailed info.

As far as I know all tech available has been found and can be acquired through treks to guardian sites etc.

Although there might be something out there yet to be discovered which is why I"m exploring.

I recommend the Beluga liner as it can have a shed load of modules etc and is luxurious .

BTW get your ship engineered to the teeth before going on a long trip, just my opinion mind.
