How the ens do you drink beer and fly in VR?
You know I was worried that might be a suggestion. I suppose its better than, you can't...I use a straw.
I'm fine with nausea, as long as I stary away from the SRV. That also might feel too much like drink driving.Personally wouldn't recommend alcohol with VR, first time I tried VR was with a hangover, I was really nauseous. Even now if I get home after a night out and mess around with VR, I end up feeling sick, I just avoid it. Certain other things go perfect with VR.
Regarding practicality, it is easy, use a straw, or just lift the visor slightly. A friend of mine that I wing up with found it amusing that I smoke during VR sessions.

Is that one of those things you wear on your head?I have a Bottle Joy straw cup.
That said, I was in hysterics when I attempted to land on a high-G planet while drunk (I was flying my exploration Annie with seriously downgraded thrusters). Too drunk to notice the planet's gravity entry... you can imagine.777Driver is right though - it's not as much fun as you think it would be.
I just realised the profanity filter has mangled my OP. It was supposed to say how the 'popular english author, charles 'd...ckens' do you drink...'How the ens do you drink beer and fly in VR?
Hah, no it's a cup with a lid and flip up straw that when down is spill proof and water tight, can hold 2 cans of whatever soft drink.
