Engineers Temperature: FSD(SCO)+JR+MM vs FSD(SCO)v1

I replaced my FSD-5-SCO(Jump Range + Mass Manager) with the same one but factory fitted and now my ship always makes a 90%-100% heat jump :(
After comparing these engines I found out that it is very hot !

27,0/c vs 32,4/c !

Could this be a mistake?

The special versions (v1) have increased range and faster boot, which also increases thermal load.

So no, it's not a mistake but deliberate balancing. (Fast boot G5 increases thermal load by +20%)

It turns out that the second effect should be heat dissipation.

No, just run a cooler ship.
If you post the build on EDSY we can see what's happening but your power plant will be the likely culprit that wants lookking at.
I have 4 pieces of Miner's Lance there but the EDSY is not showing their power consumption correctly.

I wasn't flying a v1 before, then I remembered I had one, moved it and got increased heat when jumping :(

IMHO, Overcharged PP + V1 FSD is not the best combination.
I'm running on T-8 4x Modified Mining Lasers (so 2x less power), also I would say that build is too heavy on Sheilds and Shield Boosters. Enhanced LP would be more suitable and then with Armoured PP should be no problem with V1 FSD.

Mining Lance power consumption is actually 0.25.
I just need to put heat dissipation as a secondary effect on the FSD.
