I imagine it's pretty late in the game's development to implement a feature like this, but perhaps it could be part of a future update, somewhere down the line - in light of the fact that there are different biomes in JWE2, each with their own weather effects (snowstorms, sandstorms, etc.), would it be possible to add an additional challenge with respect to keeping your animals happy, in that they have a bar displaying how comfortable they are with the temperature of their environment?
It could be as simple as blue on one end, white in the middle and red on the other end, with disasters such as snowstorms decreasing the comfort level of the dinosaurs in our parks into the blue, while heatwaves (if they make it into the game) could bring the slider into the red. I'm not sure what the result of being too hot or cold could be - maybe increased lethargy to the point of ignoring hunger and thirst needs, or an attempt to break out of their enclosure. Perhaps, again in a potential future update, something like shelters could be added to exhibits that your dinosaurs can retreat to, restoring their comfort level during disasters. Some dinosaurs could be more resistant to hotter or colder weather, depending on where their comfort threshold falls on the temperature slider.
