Temperature Tolerance is Inconsistent

Some of the temperature tolerance in the game makes little sense. Checking the wiki, it shows that the minimum temperature tolerance for the African buffalo is 16 degrees for example, while other African savanna animals have tolerance as low as 8 degrees with zebra.

I've seen buffalo doing well in temperatures even colder than 8, why is it so high?

Maybe the buffalo you buy just dont like the cold, buy some buffalo from Canada and they may can take that extra -8 degrees, more adapted to it.
