Just thought i would put this out there, as this seems to have fixed the Alt + Tab freeze then crash issue plaguing Windows 11 24H2 with Elite.
Using DXVK (https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk) seems to have fixed the crashes.
Steps i took to use it:
It will need to re-compile shaders and there is a little bit of a performance drop by way of the occasional stutter, but for me that's an easy trade-off for having the game work.

- Extract to a folder
- Copy all the DLL's from the x64 folder into your Elite Dangerous Game files.
..\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Elite Dangerous\Products\elite-dangerous-odyssey-64\ - Run the Game.
