Tenders or transporters..

Greetings all.

well I'm getting close to T7 transporter, which I believe can not dock at outposts..?

what about the ships of old that could not dock but used tenders to ferry passengers/cargo etc..

or

cargo transporters if they had them in the 23rd century should transporters be available in ED..

the reason why I ask is because I was coming out of cleve hub in my T6 and was committed... sidewinder came rushing in.. BANG!!

I hate docking at stations.. there is a lot off bigger buggers out there than me..

so outposts and tenders.

I don't understand why the outposts aren't equipped with docking collars. We get these huge hangar-thingies, when we could just have a standardized clamp, either for the cargo hatch or for the airlock of the ship.

Surely when you are in a type - 7 there will be a lot fewer bigger vessels than you. Sidewinder? Splat! What Sidewinder?

That sounds like a great idea to implement bigger ships into the game.
