Terraformable Ammonia worlds

In the codex it appears that there are terraformable ammonia worlds, but when I visit those worlds it says that they are not.
From what I have been able to find out these terraformable ammonia worlds have not been found in the game for a long time, and the commanders who once scanned them and appear in his codex, if they visit or see the information of that system it appears that they are not terraformable now.
So, does anyone know if Frontier removed them from the game and forgot to remove them from the codex or in some update they inadvertently removed them?

There have never been terraformable ammonia worlds. They were erroneously added in the Codex. They fixed the issue causing them to appear in the Codex but left the erroneous data there. Par for the course with the Codex, really.
