Terraformable planets give no agri bonus

The agricultural economy bonus for strong links on or around terraformable worlds appears to not being calculated correctly. I placed space farms that give no bonus at all, although they are around a non-tidally locked, terraformable HMC planet.
Assumption is:
Space Farm give 0.4 base value, L settlement gives 0.8 base value.
Terraformable gives 0.4 bonus for each strong link.

My 2 space farms around 'Victoria Wolf Steel' give a total economy boost of 80% agri.

Since you have a solid example I would suggest raising a support ticket as well, just to see what the official response is - is it a bug they're aware of, or a mistake in the documentation we have been given?
