General Gameplay Terrain Constraints!

Your Feature Request / Idea
Am I the only one who finds this so annoying? :( When I want to build a building but the game won't let me because there is a little slope there and gives me the warning "Terrain Constraints" I think it could be a little more flexible. Am I right?

I didn't mean the borders of the island. My problem was the existing terrain has that problem. Because of the slopes on the surface I can't always place my buildings without flattening the surface.

Of course not. Can't do that in real life either. :D

Comepletely agree with this, and the problem is not only the terrain, it's also that you can't place a building exactly next to another one. I think the building mechanism is really a mess and should be corrected, it's so annoying, it lets you waste so much space.
