Eranin, August 3, 3309 - the Terran Colonial Forces, today announces a momentous discovery concerning the mysterious fate of the megaship Dedicant,
owned by the illegal Cult of the Far God in Federal space.
On June 16, 3309, the Dedicant was supposed to be deported to Alliance space as part of an agreement between the Federation and the Alliance.
However, the ship never reached its destination and instead made a hyperspace jump to an unknown location.
Thanks to information provided by the Imperial Navy, the Dedicant has been located in HIP 19600 system, under Thargoid control.
The ship's condition is concerning as it appears to be severely damaged, although some of its automated defense systems remain operational.
At this stage, it is impossible to determine if there are any survivors on board.
Audio logs recovered from the Dedicant have revealed that members of the Cult of the Far God took control of the ship,
initiating the hyperspace jump to the Thargoid-controlled system of HIP 19600, taking with them the Federal Intelligence Agency agents who were supposed to escort them to Mullag.
The Terran Colonial Forces is prepared to launch a rescue operation to save any potential survivors and bring them back to Mullag, in accordance with the Federal deportation agreement.
Under this agreement, members of the Cult of the Far God in the Dedicant are considered citizens of the Alliance,
and those responsible for this mutiny will be judged under the jurisdiction of the TCF for the theft of the Dedicant and the loss of human lives resulting from this tragic event.
Survivors of the cult who did not participate in the Dedicant mutiny will be relocated by family unit in various systems within Terran Colonial Forces space.
Each member of the cult will be prohibited from any contact with each other (outside of there family unit),
with the aim of facilitating their assimilation with the rest of the civilian population and there psychological care.
In the event that the Dedicant is successfully recovered, its databases will be made available to the AEGIS organization.
The ship will then be dismantled, and its components will be used to construct a Sentry class megaship equipped with AX weaponry.
This megaship will be made available to the Alliance's defense forces.

I obviously have no idea of what FDev want to do regarding the Dedicant storyline, simply pointing what we would like to do, given that we were supposed to host those cultist in our system of Mullag, we feel responsible for their becoming and would like to play a role in those event. o7
