Upgraded from a 1070/i5 7600k/16 gigs DDR4 build to a much, much more powerful 3080/ 13700k/ 32 gigs DDR4 build and I saw like... 5 fps increase in my big park. Fps stays between 12 and 24, which is hardly better than what it was before. This park has zero npcs the way, the park is closed to guests so its just a lot of objects and 10 coasters at the moment. No AI whatsoever. All my temps are fine. GPU utilization hovers around 18 - 35%, and CPU utilization never rises above 50%, and most cores are not being utilized. I should note that I've tested this build on several other games, such as GTA 5, Tombraider, and RDR2, and saw roughly triple the performance in every one compare to my old build. The issue is not related to my hardware, this is exclusive to PlanetCo. Playing on 1080p with reduced in game settings. What gives?
Here is a link to the steam workshop item of the park I mentioned in my post. It would be great for someone with hardware similar to mine to test this park on their own system and let me know what performance they get. Keep in mind that this park includes a lot of different TMTK items, but you can just choose not to download them when prompted.
