General / Off-Topic Tesla in orbit around mars?

So if the spacex falcon heavy is successful will frontier be implementing the tesla car satellite around mars in a near future update?

Wouldn't it's orbit eventually degrade and it crash and burn. It's a sports car and they are normally driven by possers who can't drive properly anyway so I doubt it will have been placed into a great orbit

I doubt it will burn. The battery will be flat by the time it gets there!
No petrol?

Reentry, while yes Mars has a substantially thinner atmosphere it would still generate heat as it enters Mars atmosphere unless there have been ablative modifications made to the teslar

It's kind of cool sending the car up but I'd have tried to send something that would really benefit humanity as a whole. I mean if it can carry 2 odd tons of cargo into the cold dark depths of space, how many politicians could he have rid us of instead? :D

Think, Elon! Must try harder! :D

Told you a driver of a sports car can't be trusted to drive properly. It's missed the turning as it was to busy spanking it up the fast lane, tailgating, flashing its lights trying to force whoever was in front and now is heading to Jupiters moon Ceres

Think you are confusing "sports car" with "Audi"
tbh it's not just Audi drivers, Range Rover drivers can be added, more so if it's hoofing it down, visibility reduced, massive puddles you will find a Ranger Rover evoke spanking it to their early demise as you know 4wd means I'm immune to crashing and dying

Cool and pointless. I like it!

Just a shame there is one less Tesla Roadster on the market. Cracking little sportscars from what I've read.
