Text comms work again

All it took one evening of collective bug reporting and my text comms are back. Should have known earlier....but better a bit latter than never.

"My text comms". As Michael said, not every instance of problem is nailed.

If you have problems, please report them, and be sure add netlog (while having added requested flags for additional info) to your ticket. It did help for me.

I have just had a conversation with someone 225 Ly away using text comms - that's a first!

Even though I know all cases may not be fixed it made me really happy that things are moving in the right direction.

Voice comms work too now! At last I can start using the mic I bodged onto my headphones. At least, I could, if I hadn't lost my voice.

Feature request: a 'do not call' flag for people who can't use voice for whatever reasons.

I keep messing up my comms and not tried since the update. When texting a friend do you highlight (in yellow) the text or the voice comms? Every time I highlight text the voice comms activates a call. Takes ages to cancel and find the right way. Any pointers (up or down) for scrolling to get it right so I don't look like a numpty?
