Newcomer / Intro TFlight Hotas x going weird

Hi
My Tflight started acting weird yesterday for no reason, I first noticed when my speed started to surge and I struggled to slow it down when out of FSD, when coming into land on a pad I would as norrmal fly at the pad number then use down thrust to land, this time as i got to the number and shut down power i started to shoot backwards, no matter what I did I could not hover, then tried running in slow and when over target down thust to land no joy as my top hat down thrust stopped working by now I am racking up filnes so exit and reapply to land same problems and more fines, exit station and exit game turned off pc unplugged tflight and the restarted and plugged it back in back in same problem more fines. went to game controls and found my settings all ok, but just to be safe reset all of them, still same problem and more fines finally gave up exited game, this morning stared the game and everything is fine all working ok, the Tflight is fairly new and has never given problems before So I wonder if anyone has had same or similar problem with this stick. Cheers

I have it plugged in my board, gtx 760, I have had the stick about three months and it has been ok up to this

Have you tried a different USB Port? That can sometimes clear issues. The other thing would be to try with a completely clean bindings (wasn't clear if that's what you did). Take a copy of your setup first.

If it happens again, check the stick in Control Panel | Set Up USB Game Controllers (or with bundled config software if appropriate) and see if the problem is system wide, or just ED. Any control problem in a station, and I think the best thing is to quit the game.

I did a complete rebinding and also recalibrated, did not try a different port, will do if fault returns what puzzles me is after all that, the fault only rectified itself on its own after leaving pc off overnight

Take care to back up your custom.binds file whenever you mess with your joystick, the game may discard your bindings if it can't find the corresponding controller.

Did you try restarting the computer? Sometimes glitches like this are a one-off problem and re-booting will clear them.

When in doubt - boot it out :)

When working on this type of problem, use the training tutorials, so you do no real in game damage.
So get your stick working in the tutorials first:)
