So many different ships to kill in RES sites now and loads of Wings make the fights really exciting!

Can now take on multiple Anacondas, Clippers, Dropships. You name it!

Also, the number of police in the area was INSANE!! (In a good way).
As soon as the heat started kicking off, the cops were swarming everywhere!

Oh man, this is getting so near to what I dreamed dogfights in Elite would be like!

My last dogfight in my local RES site lasted approximately 20 minutes and netted 490k.
I can live with that.

Got to agree with this, RESs are just stunning now. Spent a while in one this evening and actually had to stop before I ran out of ammunition just to calm down a bit lol. Some of the furballs are just nuts. Getting bounced by two wings of angry Sideys at once is trouser stainingly exciting

Think you mean not losing a ton of money. The payout is still low, it's just you don't have to gut your wallet every repair.

RES is much better, but be sure to do it in Solo or Private though. In Open Play, the RES I tested seemed a little empty. You'll be running into all kinds of foes now similar to Nav Beacons.

Agree too - just nipped into a REZ and it was swarming with targets, really like the faction display. Was going to take on an Anaconda but it was in a faction I want rep with, another target was in an NPC wing. Has really upped the choices you have to /can make. ++ Good.

The nav buoy areas seem to be a lot more exciting too. I am not sure if 1.2 is the cause of this. Perhaps I was just lucky.
It was great fun anyway, with a lot of traffic, all types of ships, npc wings and several pirates attacking traders.
I must have spent approximately an hour at one single point just having fun and making a nice amount of credits in the process. Had my first combat with an FDL too.

Whether 1.2 is the cause of all this fun, or not, great job FD.
