I've not even seen it yet and can't wait to get home tonight to catch up on it, but according to these posts sounds like they are making some awesome changes... I know I was right to back these

I just want to say a huge thank you to the amazing team that is behind planet coaster!
I have been a theme park / coaster enthusiast for ten years now and this game is just incredible! I never thought the two words 'chief beef' would give me so much joy and emotion. Also I just have to hear the 'planet coaster theme tune' to get giddy.
Again I don't think I can thank the team enough! THANK YOU!!
PS I would love you to start selling planet coaster merch! I have a feeling that a chief beef t-shirt could be the new craze

It seemed that the livestream was attentive to answering a lot more questions directly. Very nice.
Paths was obviously the main forum gripe topic, and it got plenty of airtime. Very nice.

I agree, it was great to see the improvements. I think it was a good smack in the face to all those that moaned about the paths and lack of updates from Frontier - Give them time, they are doing it and will show us when they are ready - still several months before final release.
The natural path idea was a big surprise for me! One of things I've always wanted and yet oddly never really thought much about either. There are areas in my existing parks where it will fit in beautifully so I'm very much looking forward to that! [up]
Agree, that was a great surprise - and they talked about it changing due to the terrain changes, would have been nice if they showed us that (picture paints a 1000 words etc). Also what happens if you raise/lower the path - is that possible?
Also love the replacement of existing paths without deleting them - again does this change the width or just the texture.
The most difficulty I had with paths and putting the junctions at the locations I want them is when the MAIN PATH is wider than the side paths - they showed us the 3 buildings with a 4 wide path, joining onto a 4 wide path - but what about it joining on to a 9 wide main path, I could do the 3 buildings example no problem with 4 wide paths, this wasn't an issue...
Totally agree, very welcome surprise indeed
and with concrete terrain and natural paths I think people will get their Plaza fix as well. (At least the look of one)
I'm very appreciative of the time and effort everyone put in to make the steam run smoothly. I also appreciate that finding a time to do something like this is very hard, so getting up 6am wasn't too much of a hardship given what was shown.
I also like the way the snippet videos are up on YouTube individually as well as being in the steam replay.

Just a great job guys, so excited with the update coming soon. Another well hosted live stream, and the reaction when you guys acidently showed a new ride. that was funny.
