Yesterday, you may have seen my thread about about being killed by a hacker. I sent in a ticket to support, and now about 12 hours after I sent the ticket, I check to see if it has been replied to, and it has! The guy who responded was very friendly and processional, a gave me back my money that I lost when I got murdered at George Lucas last night. He even said that he would check for the name of the hacker in the server logs and watch his account! All in all, I just want to say thank you to the people at support who must (literally) have a thousand problems on their hands, and yet still have the time to give you back you credits and reply in such a nice way! If you ever have a problem in Elite, I highly suggest bringing it up with a support ticket!

This is good to see - it is the ones that cheat and grief that do absolutely nothing but push people that are intending to play the game legitimately out of open and into private group. What those people fail to understand or worse care about is the impact on all of us when open becomes a barren and uninhabited area of the game. You see posts all the time wondering were are the other people?

If that person was cheating I really think FD needs to take a stronger stance and force wipe that save. Start over and on the second offence do a perma-ban on that account. just my $.02

Answer: In Solo or Private group because of the cheating.
