Thank You Support!

While traveling and creating a neutron highway to the Colonia bubble and while within a system with a neutron star, I got disconnected from the game due to a server error and got spawned back within the danger zone of the neutron star's trail. I managed to disconnect before my ship got destroyed.

After a quick ticket to the Frontier Support to demand being moved out of the danger zone, CMDR Asterix has quickly moved my ship to a nearby system and fixed the incurred damage to my ship. I would just like to take the time to thank the awesome team at Frontier Support for the help you bring everyday to countless customers!
 
I've only contacted FD support once and they were excellent in their response. Much better and faster than some others that will remain unnamed.
 
I've had one good experience with support, and one bad one. The good: they restored my modded Corvette after base defense turrets took it out in two seconds flat. Yay!

The bad: they refused to refund me the rebuy for my Corvette after an Asp Explorer took out a thousand MJ of shields and 2K hull HP in five seconds. Dunno why.
 
Support is awesome and I've only ever had awesome experiences with them. Nice that they were able to help you out. A connection drop doesn't usually mean death so this seems like a pretty rare circumstance.
 
My experience of support for an error in game and a issue downloading the game, has been quite Excellent.

So, I too, pass on my gratitude and thanks to a well run dept in FD
