This is the second time recently that Support has re-imbursed a loss due to what seemed to be a bug.
Thank you to Support.
To outline the bug, I approached a planet landing pad, got permission to land, lined my ship up and noticed I was dropping towards the wrong pad.
I was at Zero speed. So I should have been stationary. I kept dropping as I tried to reverse away. No dice. I hit the wrong pad and was given the usual spiel like "Wrack off quick or ya dead"
I was able to swing the nose up and tried to boost away. Nothing happened. Well something did. There was a big bang.
So, I wondered if gravity had changed on that planet. I go there a lot. I am going to be extra careful about gravity effects on my ship from now on.
Support very nicely fixed my loss, so big thanks to them.
