Has anyone seen a Thargoid detector (IIRC) in the new USS? I wonder what it does but I had no time to snatch it before the Thargoid got to it and tractored it into the ship... I want that tractor beam, too!

You're probably thinking of a Thargoid Sensor, which is the new name for an Unknown Artifact.
