Thargoid event has clear FD design issues\failures

How can you expect a player that enjoys the complexity of Open to go in Solo\private segregated space in order to chore-complete stuff that instead is so fun to play in the middle of a war and that enriches also other battleing supposedly the thargoids seeing evacuation vessels arriving and departing from stations.
How can developers do not insert in Spaceports a system that obliterates anybody hacker, lamers who wait in the station to ram you and shoot you to pieces as you go in or carry passengers?
Is that all ok for you all?
How can this be fun, such behavior of entering a station during an event knowing that Frontier Development hasn't designed a system that tags these abusers with huge fines (billions fine) and notoriety 100 that will last months and also insert them into a Interpol hunting system which we can all check and hunt them down with huge rewards.

Why can't player play open and evacuate refugees from stations?

BTW when you reach the rescue mega ships the game usually puts you in a disconnection of instance situation and you are out and gotta reconnect, when u reach the mega ship then, I wish there was an actual queue system or that we could land on OPEN LANDING PADS that do not require a special request of landing, just land as u see it open, a specific emergency design that should be featured for such events! So or queue is gonna tell you when you are supposed to follow an entry corridor and get out of it, or a queue should tell you wne youa re supposed to land on the usual landing pad system the game always features. But can't wait for entire dozens of minutes and no, I won't go in solo private to land.

The game has huge holes that are being exploited as mentioned above. What are Frontier Developers doing?
The first mentioned is an incentive to unethical play, extreme abuse of the system, and it makes no sense...
It's like a fair of clowns, not an immersive game as it should be and claims to be in the advertising. IT feels all like a sabotage of the game itself or by competitors or by FRontier developers itself.
WHy allowing such failures to be in a beautiful event like this one?
 
It really escapes my understanding how can be ok that in a war territory nobody is punished for actions, I am not saying in open space, but at least around and inside the station.
The station shoots thargoids? Yes, WHy doesn't shoot who is killing refugees carrying vessels? why Thargoid figthers attacked by such betraying abusers aren't also protected. Where is NPC support, where is the fines? I really don't understand why this stuff is lacking. I am not angry, It's not about me, like such lamers "think"... it's about the community, why can't we operate in a way that always creates content? Why killing this way content and helping abusers get away by destroying the game? This feels more like a CIG teams (they usually connect in mass when USA players enter the game) to favor CIG's Star Citizen to be more popular than ED which is anyway superior.
