Thargoid heart - what is the best way to prepare it? Fried or bar-b-q?

Take 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 2tbsp of strawberry vinegar, mix, drizzle on a handful of fresh water cress and some halved wild strawberries. Grate some fresh parmigiano reggiano and a twist of black pepper

Melt some butter in a frying pan, make sure pan is fully hot, and the butter starting to bubble then take a 4 oz slice of Thargoid heart (about 1 inch thick), sear on both sides - about 10 seconds a side, reduce to medium heat, and give a further 30 seconds a side adding some seasoning to taste. Take out and let the heart rest.
Toast some whole (but shelled) hazel nuts in the same pan.

Thinly slice the Thargoid heart, it should be nice and pink in the middle.

Put the salad on a green plate, sprinkle the toasted hazel nuts, lay on the sliced thargoid hearts. Drizzle the slightly browned butter on top of the heart.

Enjoy this fresh, healthy starter. Call an ambulance, ask for a stomach pump, and prepare for the debilitating after effects of ammonia poisoning...

Ammonia is commonly found in pee. You can neutralize it with a vinegar/water spray mixture.

I would not recommend consumption of anything soaked in pee.

However, habu sake is mighty powerful stuff. Maybe we can get a new rare item... pickled Thargoid heart, available to the more discrening xenomorphs for a modest price. Available in limited quantities.

Maybe you could prepare it the same way as Hakarl?

I want got to an engineer and have them make me Thargoid heart jacket!!!!!! Maybe some Cyclopes hopper boots too! When the boots get skuffed they just regenerate!

Never mind the heart; A nicely dense laser grid should turn any passing thargon swarm into delicous thargon shawarma.

Cover it in batter and deep fry it and have it with chips - works for all food types (why yes, I am in Glasgow, why do you ask ?)
