I did put in a ticket but felt I the need to notify others of this glitch, and hopefully someone would see this from FD and fix it asap. I was with 3 others taking out thargoids, I was using one of my Super engineered Couriers. sadly a caustic missile did 83% hull damage and killed me. I was at the base in merope and was cleared to land but another ship was on the pad and I could not land. that used up the last 7% of my hull trying to get another pad. I failed, so seeing that I have 2.4 billion cash its no biggy I just rebuy and off I go right. wrong, my rebuy has my courier loosing ALL of its gear, essentially its a dead hulk on a platform. So now im stuck and am afraid to change ships incase it screws up FD's ability to put my ship back together. Kind of a bummer as my group doesn't get the ability to co ordinate play time that often.
this maybe cuase of the caustic missile destroying my gear permenantly. im not sure, but I put it this forum in case that is indeed the reality of fighting thargoids.
