Thargoid Locations on non-landable planets

What is it with the "Thargoid" locations shown on the HMC Planets in HIP 2843?
i would expect those on the Amonia World in that system that is currently under attack,
but not on those planets we can't land (yet)

is that a common thing at incursion systems?

I would imagine it's the AX CZ, since those counts include orbiting objects.
