Thargoid Senor and Fragments IVO SAG A

So, while I'm out exploring IVO SAG A, I was traversing a little system Juenae WN-I c26-1147. I scanned a ringed gas giant and was going to one of the moons to go and look at the biologics and there was a NHSS. I go to the surface and I find a Thargoid Sensor and fragments. Has anyone else found these this far away from the bubble? I got first footfall on the planet. I'm not too sure what to make of this.

They are scattered all over the galaxy, just need a system with Ammonia rich Gas Giant and some landable planets and there's a good chance they will be there.

They have been found in all sectors of the galaxy.

It will likely take some years to find out if this is intentional or an oversight by the game makers.
