Thargoid technologie and material raw on planet

Three months ago I have departured for colonia with an expedition team. During my exploration I have found on a planet, some thargoid technologie and material raw on a planet without base or ship around.

Just ask if some people have done some discovery like this.

Found this material raw in space or after kill thargoid I am agree, but here it's on a planet. There was no thargoid barnacles, ship or base on the planet. Just the technologie and nothing around. Even my squad mate and team exploration was surprised.
