Thargoid wing combat still not fixed

Please FDEV can we get a fix so we can fight thargoids in a wing without issue.

I cannot do any thargoid combat in a wing because of the infamous bug.

It is so anti climatic after spending weeks preparing a ship for thargoid combat to jump into a USS with a wing and find only one of you can randomly damage the heart.

It begs belief that this bug has not been resolved yet.

I did not make a new bug report because I checked the bug reports and forum before hand and already found cases - I just wanted to highlight that this has been going on for months now and still no fix.

Haven’t you heard? Players are making money! The 50m credit missions must be nerfed! This thargoid wing content killing bug can obviously wait. Nerfs>>>>gameplay\content

After a long pause I came back looking if this issue has been fixed. It seems this is still relevant and there is a new record on Issue Tracker about this. Could we finally get a solution for this one?
