Just saw this video, unprovoked attack on cmdr ship

What we know:
1. Some sort of phasing attacks
2. Cannot be scanned
3. Cannot see their health ect
4. Not on video, but apparently ecm helps against drones
5. May ignore and let you observe if you arnt a threat and stay away
6. They capture escape pods
7. Mining lasers do more damage than regular weapons

If you kindly get out of their way, they don't pursue you. I watched from a distance as it sucked up some cargo in the area. It sucked up a probe and an escape pod that I am sure of, not sure what else it got. Then it left.
