Expedition organised by the Hammers of Slough.

95th? That must be an amazing player faction to be in! :D

An epic find! A Thargoid Probe that close to Colonia. I shall go get the roll of foil and start unwrapping!

EDIT: By "see" he means the system doesn't resolve in the Galaxy map in Odyssey, but does in Horizons. No idea what that is!

On a more serious note, FDev should organise a few CGs out Colonia way actually - get people to leave comfort zone of Bubble and, more than anything, set a record for most FCs@Colonia at any one time... :ROFLMAO:

Perhaps just some Goid on a roadtrip. Will remember the mothership to tell its workers they need to clean up after a picknick


Are these POIs fixed or semi fixed?

Not sure - as far as I am aware they were showing on planets but I don't know if they were fixed from orbit POI's or not. Wasn't on this particular trip out but I think this wasn't the only planet.

I believe they are fixed. 2 Cmdrs, on sperate days, went to this POI. It's one of two on this planet. A second planet (not sure which) also has two POI's each with a probe.

Probe? Or Sensor? OP's picture shows a sensor. There's been no reports of probes in planetary POIs yet.

Also, I thought these were just a by-product of the fact planetary POIs spawn out way further than they should, and the reduced table just increases the likelihood its a POI with one of these?

Sensor(s)....sorry, typo.

I have no clue if this is an error in game generation or not.

If this is yet another instance of Odyssey continuing to give, then Odyssey POI generation is indeed very very broken. This POI type is 12k LY outside it's scope! The OP discovered this in Odyssey.

If not, if this is supposed to be here, then Colonia better get an AXI squadron up and running very, very soon! :p
