Hydra fights had became impossible to perform in Brazil due several connection issues, and even with video evidence Frontier does not shoiw the interest to, at least, investigate.
We face several issues, as instant rage goids, invincible goids and hearts, teleporting goids, and several other crazy instance problems, and I had captured in video the moment when invisible Thargons smashing the shield of my cutter, and sent the video to Frontier. The answer was that is the normal behavior of them...
If Thargons can destroy your shield over a distance greater than 10km (even without stopping the repair limpet attached to my ship) and keep doing it until my ship is destroyed, what's the point to fight ?
If the support team doesn't even read your request, neither watch the video evidence, what's the point to complain anyway ?
The video is too big to post here, so I had posted a picture of the moment that my ship was hit. Notice that I'm far away from the swarm and also from the goid, and even thought, the ship was hit two times instantly and the repair limpet continued attached. I can share the full video to anyone that would help me to identify the real cause of this issue.
We have several players here that love the game, myself included, and the support that I received from Frontier send the message to all here in Brazil that the company isn't interested to support our player community.
Thanks and best regards;
Rodolfo
