Don't forget that every time somebody enters they are counted, the same CMDR flying in three times would be counted as '3'. For example this would be common with traders going back and forth between systems.

It would be interesting to make a list of the ten (or more) most visited systems... Eventhough it might not be an easy task! ;)

Slopys tool will show the most visited systems by people with the tool, so it is mainly traders, but where there are traders, there are sharks, and buttheads

Good grief. That bug has been present for months. Why on earth can't they fix it?

why is that a bug? it's the number of ships passing through the system, not the number of unique commanders visiting the system. does exactly what it says on the tin

Is there any evidence that actually *only* human player ships are counted? From my impressions on the borderline of civilization I've seen systems that suggest also NPC ships might be counted. Otherwise some of the numbers I've seen would be highly unlikely generated by human players only. It's hard to prove of course and all we got is probably some statements of the dev-team. Anyone has a link perhaps to such a statement?

That's a few more btw
;)

The only time I've seen anything like that is in places like Lave or Tanmark during the community goal. I know in the systems I normally hang out in it only counts human players. I see lots of NPCs but then it says x number of visitors and I recognise who the pilot probably is.

If you compare that to the likes of Lave or Leesti, that's nothing (they have thousands).

If you compare that to a system on the fringe of civilisation, that's loads (they can be single digits).

This is out near Lusonne. Maybe 50 ly away from Eravate. I just saw 790 visits in Lwen which is nowhere near Lave today so my screenshot is pretty moot.
