After taking a few months off from Elite, I wanted to go exploring. The problem was that I wanted to do it in an Anaconda, not my trusty Clipper, as I wanted a 30LY jump range. The biggest issue was that I only had 144M Cr and that doesnt go very far in Anaconda land! However, I was able to get my cake and eat it too. Side topic, I only play in the open and a fellow Anaconda owner was willing to give me money to get a better ship, thank you for the offer, but, I must pave my own way. They are a friend now!

I tried the other ship builder site, but it doesn't allow me to enter my stuff. A couple of things I noticed, I cannot boost. And my top speed is 177, while the clipper was 439! So that takes getting use to. 6K from a star base is a very long time in this
Originally, I didn't have the extra tanks, but decided to get them. As I can always run them low for better jump range. I could not afford the A FSD, as I could not afford the insurance if something goes wrong., so I went with the B rated one.
I was interdicted, but was able to get away with no issues. It's amazing how fast your FSD charges.
Bottom line, I left habited space today, next stop SAG A, and beyond!
