Well that sucks!
I was actually a little surprised at how few systems in that region had your name on. Beagle Point was at least correctly attributed, but I only noticed your name in a couple of other places.
I noticed one or two of systems I supposedly tagged in December according to the pre v1.1 data dump don't actually have my name on. But then this is around the Orion and Cone nebulae where I think a few systems got moved around after my December exploration. But pretty minor stuff really in my case.
I scanned quite a lot of the primary stars of the systems that lead from the far edge of the Abyss up to Beagle Point (and a few worlds too along the way), and although I could bring the system view up and see all the details of the bodies I scanned, no name was associated with them until after one of the later patches fixed the issue. But by then it was other players' names who got the credit. I'd say about 60% of what I scanned is recorded properly these days.
Beagle Point was a least at nice consolation and the one I really wanted to bear my name as it was a special place to me being the end of the Distant Suns expedition, I actually scanned all the bodies in that system and was at least awarded the primary star and a few of its planets. So in hindsight its no big deal really
