the ability to select DLC in the launcher has disappeared

About 2 weeks ago, I successfully launched Elite Dangerous and Horizons in the launcher. Yesterday I launched the game from Steam and did not find the DLC list. Now there is only Demo version in the launcher. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
In my Steam account there is a game and a DLC for the game.

When you click the Play button in Steam, the little box appears with the options of:
  • Play Elite Dangerous
  • Play Elite Dangerous: Horizons
  • Launch Elite Dangerous in Steam VR Mode
Is that correct?

When I click on the top one, the Elite Dangerous Launcher then has the options of:
  • Elite Dangerous: Horizons
  • Elite Dangerous
  • Elite Dangerous Arena
  • Single Player Combat Training
Assuming you're having issues accessing Elite Dangerous and Elite Dangerous: Horizons, maybe you need to re-link your accounts?

It may be even something as simple as logging out of the Launcher itself and logging in again, it may also be a good idea to Verify the Game Files in Steam itself, but I hope you get it working either way.
