The Adventures of TinTin.

Or so i would like.

:p

I've runout of Tin, and i require some for upgrading my shiny new Packhounds.
But I'm feeling lazy this morning, and rather than go and fit a DSS, and look for it, i felt like asking you guys. Lol

I'm heading to Liz Ryder, does anyone know of any planets nearby with this magical "uncommon-despite-having-a-cupboard-full-of-tins" material?

CMDR Cosmic Spacehead

LOL
Hope you remembered before you landed on a planet

Nope. Lol

3000ls round trip to go and get one. :p

I'd even found a nice plateau to park my Anaconda, and jump my SRV off in to the canyon below, before I realised. Luckily, i memorised the coordinates. Lol

Once i got back, it didn't take long to find 20~ tin. :)

Packhounds and my other missiles now have plenty of ammo.

Only problem now, is my power plant is at 107% capacity. Lol
I think I'm gonna have to save up for a bigger one. I didn't particularly fancy spending 100+mil credits on it. Lol
Especially seems as i don't have that much anyway!
That'll push my rebuy up to the 20~mil mark. :D

Better do some serious bounty hunting with my new missiles !!

I made a quick reference sheet using EDDB - many thanks to them! My criteria in order were:

1. Concentration
2. Distance from Sol
3. Distance from system star

These are my go-to places for material prospecting.

Thanks!

I just realised i didn't need to scan anything to see the material information. Lol

I'm already on the hunt!

That's only true for systems in which exploration data are readily available though, isn't it? I don't remember if materials data are given when you scan the navigation beacon, but for unexplored systems without a beacon, if I'm not mistaken, you still need the detailed surface scanner to have that info.
